Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using AI Code Lab Master www.aichatbotmaster.com website (the “Service”, “Product”) operated by Dazza Digital Marketing (“Us”, “We”, “Our”, or “Company”).

Your (“You” , “User” , “Customer”) access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of the compliance with these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

Pricing Information:

For lifetime access to AI Chatbot Master to build and install Unlimited Chatbots on websites owned by user. One time payment of £39.95.

Optional upgrade to Commercial Licence to build and install Unlimited Chatbots on websites not owned by user. Additional one time payment of £25.00.

Guarantee / Refund Policy:

The User has up to 30 days to review AI Chatbot Master. If during that time the user decides it’s not for them, the user is entitled to a full refund of the one-time access payment they have paid.

To claim a refund of the one time access payment, user must raise a ticket within 30 days of purchase date via Company Customer Support Desk – https://dazzadigitalmarketing.com/customersupportdesk providing important details (such as PayPal email address, Transaction ID) to avoid delays.

Refund requests submitted by user after the 30 days will not be refunded.

The 30-day refund guarantee is available for new users only. If user cancels and are issued a refund under the company guarantee and user changes their mind, user cannot order again. The user email and IP address will be placed in a “Ban”. That means the user will not be able to change their mind and regain access to AI Chatbot Master. By applying this policy we can protect our other active users and also our Company by NOT allowing anyone the chance to become a serial refunder.

Should the limited promotion bonus discount coupon be used for an additional AI tool by the user requesting a refund, the cost saving would be reimburse back to our Company and deducted of the total refund fee before the refund is issued.

Additionally any additional bonus products/services offered via promotion will become revoked / deactivated upon refund.

User Account

When you create a user account, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.

Each paid user account is for a single user only. The company do not permit you to share your username and password with any other person. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for restricting access so that others may not access the Service using your name in whole or in part. 

User can build and install unlimited chatbots on unlimited websites on the condition the websites are owned by the user. User can upgrade to build and install unlimited chatbots on other websites not owned by the user provided a commercial licence has been purchased for an additional one time fee.

The company reserve the right to terminate user accounts and deny access to the Service to any user who violates these terms.

User Responsibilities

User are responsible for:

• Ensuring accuracy and legality of any data or instructions provided.
• Using the chatbot in compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.
• Avoiding misuse, fraud, or abuse of the service.
• Securing your account credentials and chatbot access.
• You remain solely responsible for chatbot behavior, performance, and responses based on your configuration and input.

Acceptable Use

We do not allow the use of our Service for the following nature: Pornographic, racist, hate, defamatory/libellous, extreme violence or the promotion of violence/terrorism, self-harm, narcotics, controlled substances or other products/services that present a risk to consumer safety, deceptive, misleading, fraudulent or otherwise illegal activities.  The company reserve the right to terminate user accounts and deny access to the Service to any user who violates these terms.

Third-Party Integrations

User may integrate the chatbot with third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, CRMs). User are solely responsible for complying with the terms and privacy rules of those services

Communications

By creating a user account on our Service, you agree to subscribe to our email update newsletter, marketing or promotional materials and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or instructions provided in any email we send.

User agrees that the company shall not be responsible or liable for any material or data sent or received or not sent or received through the service. User agrees that the company is not responsible or liable for any threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive, illegal or other content or conduct of any third party or any infringement of another’s rights, including intellectual property rights.

User agrees, in connection with any use of the Service: (a) to release the company from any and all claims, demands, damages and liabilities, of any type and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with use of the Service by such user.

Commercial License Terms
If user purchased a Commercial License for AI Chatbot Master, user is allowed to build and install unlimited chatbots on websites not owned by them.

On the condition of a Commercial Licence being issued the user agrees:

No Cloning of AI Chatbot Master
You may not duplicate, copy, or repackage the AI Chatbot Master product, website, offer, or business model. This includes creating a service or product that closely mimics what’s available at https://aichatbotmaster.com.

Service-Only Promotion
You can promote your chatbot build and install service. That means you’re providing a service to others — not reselling or rebranding the AI Chatbot Master product.

Brand Usage Restriction
You must not use the name AI Chatbot Master in your marketing, branding, domain names, product names, or promotional materials. This name is reserved exclusively for use by Dazza Digital Marketing.

By using the Commercial License, you agree to these terms and understand that violating them may result in loss of your license and access to future updates or support.

User may not to sell, license, reverse engineer, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works of the Service or its content and materials.

User may access chat history and chatbot settings via the platform, but does not acquire ownership of the source code, models, or system infrastructure.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
